Yes, we only sell and ship within Australia

We only have Click & Collect from our warehouse in Geebung, Brisbane, Queensland. All Click & Collect orders require a pre-booked pick-up time. No walk-ins are allowed due to health and safety requirements. 

Unfortunately we do not have a showroom. We have a few retail stockists in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne who stock selections of our plant pots. Please visit here for our list of retail stockists. 

Our lightweight and self-watering plant pot collections are made from marine-grade Fibreglass or Fibrestone, making them strong and durable, yet still lightweight. We also sell pots made from the finest terracotta. 

Our pots are either handcrafted, hand finished, batch made, or produced using natural materials and processes.

We do not generally accept change of mind returns once an order has been despatched. Please see more on our Refund & Returns policy for any more specific information regarding returns 

If your planters arrive damaged, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours, send us a photo of the product and we’ll either refund you or send a replacement. please see our Refund & Returns policy for more detailed information

We offer a large variety of open plant pots that can be used indoor or outdoors (drainage holes may need to be drilled for outdoor use) but we do sell specific planters for indoor use only, which have our unique in-built self-watering system. 

Most of our plant pots will just need a wipe down with a slightly soapy damp cloth to keep them clean. For concrete finish pots we recommend wiping them with natural Citrus based cleaner known as ‘De-Solv-It‘. Follow product directions for use on our plant pot information and maintenance section
