Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping (Pallets & Larger Items)

Just Add Plants ships products throughout Australia, with the freight cost calculated based on location destination and order volume. This rate cost is calculated at checkout, prior to payment. Depending on delivery location, the timeframe for shipping can be 7 – 10 business days. Notification will be made to the customer if shipping is delayed or extended for any reason.

Delivery is to the curbside only and does not include unpacking or removal of any packaging from the site.

In the event where the customer is unable to take delivery of the goods, when a delivery day has been previously arranged, Just Add Plants shall be entitled to charge a 25% restocking fee and return delivery fees will be charged to the customer.

Please note, if your shipping address is not within Brisbane or the surrounding area, and exceeds a particular volume or size, we may send your goods on a pallet that we cannot remove from the site. The customer is responsible for the removal of any pallets. For heavy and more difficult items it is always handy to arrange for another person to assist on the day of delivery.

Delivery (Smaller Items)

Once your order is confirmed and we have picked your goods, you will receive a notification that your goods have been shipped. The customer must take delivery by receipt or collection of the goods whenever delivery has been arranged.

All goods are packaged and dispatched in a manner that ensures best safety transit and delivery. The nominated carrier will deliver goods to the pre-arranged delivery address for the customer to take delivery, or alternatively, leave goods in a safe place in an accessible location, previously nominated at the time of booking your order.

In the event where the customer uses their own transportation for delivery of the goods, Just Add Plants is not liable for any claims against defects/damages to the goods as a result of delivery.

Full payment of all goods is required before goods are shipped, delivered or collected. We accept payment via the methods listed
